Angela Lyons | Founder and Director
Angela Lyons has worked in the Fashion Industry for over 30 years as an international fashion design and production executive. Angela has worked with some of the largest and most successful global fashion brands including Aje, Aje Athletica, Camilla and Marc, Shona Joy, Posse, Alice McCall, Esprit, Levis, Roxy and Quiksilver. In 2004, Angela established The Fashion Source and expanded into China in 2006.
With her tenacity and skillset, Angela forged a path in a tough manufacturing environment driven by large corporations, which presented challenges being a female owned business.
From years of experiences, Angela understands that The Fashion Source needs to be forever adaptable, resilient and innovative in all environments and market segments, especially those particularly adverse.
Angela works alongside her team of industry experts to assist her clients reinvent themselves seasonally to excite customers, grow businesses and meet KPI’s. Given her experience and exposure to working with global brands, her network is far reaching across continents for both retail and manufacturing.

Archie Gill | Development Manager
Archie has been our warehouse manager at TFS for the past 2 Years. Recently he has accepted the role of Development Manager for our Corporate Uniform Division.
Archie is keen take on this new and exciting role to work closely with our corporate customers to develop sustainable uniform solutions. He has brought new customers in all categories that we help with their staff uniforms. Outside of work, Archie loves his rowing coaching and his music. Archie is a dedicated team member that keeps us all entertained.

Diliana Malaish | Designer and Product Development Manager
Diliana is one of our newest TFS members for over 6 months. She is always keen to learn and goes above and beyond. Diliana is very talented and determined to find solutions for given tasks.
Diliana has worked mostly as a Designer within the fashion industry. Worked alongside brands such as SHEIN and Huxbaby.

David Fleming | Chief Financial Officer
David Fleming has several years’ experience within the fashion industry, starting his career with Myer as a Buyers Cadet in 1968. His career with Myer spanned 5 years and led to a partnership in one of Australia’s major apparel manufacturers from 1974 to 1995.
David has been working with The Fashion Source Pty Ltd for 10 years’ providing invaluable experience and knowledge. David has enabled The Fashion Source to successfully navigate and grow throughout the most challenging of environments in retail and manufacturing.

Eva Ruan | Global Production Manager
Eva is a highly regarded fashion industry leader. Based in Shanghai, Eva has over 25 years experience in fashion apparel, technical, sourcing, production, supply chain management, quality assurance and logistics.
Eva joined The Fashion Source team in 2010. She is responsible for the ongoing global compliance and maintenance of high quality production standards for all our factories and trading partners.
Her technical expertise in both design and production is unique. Having knowledge in both areas assists our clients greatly by identifying issues before they become problems.

Dana Yan | Senior Production Manager
Dana joined The Fashion Source in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from high fashion European brands in merchandise management and quality assurance. She has also studied fashion design and merchandising.
Dana’s attention to detail and technical skills is of great benefit to our clients. She ensures their designs are produced and delivered to our high quality standard and meet their KPI’s.
